  Food preparation quality is inconsistent upon multiple visits. Fast food should always be the same no matter how many visits a patron has had to a location. Good service at the location but the food is lacking.

  Overcooked, dry, tasteless and very greasy. Owner didn't seem to care when I complained about the quality of the food, seems to be an on going issue with this franchise!!

  I have been to a few hundred KFC restaurants in my years. I rate this on in the top 3 or so. The service was exceptional and the chicken dinner outstanding. A return visit is quarantined.... well, the return visit was a waist of time and gas. Store opens at 1030 am. We times our visit to arrive at 1105. The staff was sitting in their car smoking and the door was locked. They watched us get out of the car and try to open the door. We got back in the car and left. You would think they would have said something to us but they did not. So, we are having a great meal at the A and W....

  Chicken looked overcooked and they cut all the pieces smaller then ever. Like 1 breast is cut into 2 pieces. Fries were freezing cold
